A.J is our master baker, from making sure we have freshly baked goods out and ready everyday for our customers to enjoy as well as supporting our front of house team. He brings good music taste and laughter.

Junior is our kitchen & catering weapon. He keeps the crowd favourites flowing; chop suey, keke pua'a, pineapple pies - always consistent, always delicious. You'll find Junior supporting the Front, bringing the vibes, too!

Saria is our backbone of our daily production in the kitchen. She handles our specialty items like desserts, baked goods and prepares dishes according to recipes. She brings the utmost motivation skills and great team work skills to good day catering, making it a fun space to work.

Petaia is our reliable operations assistant. Our go-to for delivering Good Day orders and making sure our front of house is kept to the Good Day standard. From our kitchen to your event - you can count on Petaia to get the job done, in a flash!

Culinary Assistant
From preparing ingredients to supporting the head chef in cooking the meals. She is a hardworking mum of 2. She has great teamwork skills and is always supporting her good day catering team. Her knife skills are just as good as our head chef.
